Despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the show MUST GO ON!

An Introduction to IronCast

As the pandemic of COVID-19 continues to grow, many employers and employees are being forced to work from home. On February 24th-27th, seventy Coronavirus cases were reported in Boston during a single Biogen employee conference. As of April 13th, 2020, there were a staggering 583,735 confirmed COVID-19 cases in the United States with over 23,569 deaths. We are rapidly approaching 2 million confirmed Coronavirus cases throughout the world with the United States leading the way.

Over 6.6 million people applied for unemployment during the first week of April 2020 and the United States is on course to reach an unemployment rate greater than 25%. To put things in perspective, the unemployment rate during the Great Depression was its highest at 33%. Needless to say, our way of life has changed dramatically in the past few months as a result of the emergence of this deadly virus.

Many experts predict between 100,000 – 200,000 deaths in the United States before it’s all said and done. In order to slow down the progression of the disease, many states have ordered everyone to stay-at-home. Businesses are struggling with little to no revenue streams. Many large corporations have issued travel bans for their employees. Consequently, the event industry, including our airlines, hotels, and convention centers are suffering tremendously. Delta Airlines recently flew only 1 passenger on a flight from Aspen, CO to Salt Lake City, UT.

In an effort to continue to keep businesses functioning and thriving, despite the effects of the Coronavirus, Ironclad Audio Visual, has developed a solution that will allow businesses to host meetings and events now through webcasting, webinars, and virtual conferences. By doing this, your business will be able to continue to train both current and new employees, present critical information using PowerPoint and videos to large and small audiences, continue to communicate within your company in a safe, effective manner, and much, much more. We would like to introduce our webcasting platform: IronCast.

Currently, we are being flooded with phone calls from major corporations requesting our virtual meeting and webcasting services. The show must go on, as they say, and we can now provide this alternative solution to anyone, anywhere in the world at competitive pricing. Overall, the implementation of virtual meetings can help corporations reduce costs while continuing to carry their message safely and effectively to clients and employees anywhere on the globe. On behalf of everyone affected by this virus, Ironclad Audio Visual would like to stress that the safety and health of attendees, employees, and employers is our number one priority, so let us bring the conference to you ….. virtually!
